• Wipe down furniture (please limit items on them for best results)

• Remove any trash from space and empty trash bins (client-provided bags required)
• Attend to fan blades within reach of our 3-step ladder
• Tend to inside and outside windows within reach of our 3-step ladder
• Sweep or vacuum space, including under furnishings as reachable
• Mop uncarpeted areas
• Conduct a final living room overview

• Swap out and refresh towels
• Polish faucets and fixtures
• Address shower areas (shower curtain maintenance not included)
• Dispose of waste items
• Sanitize toilet
• Refill bathroom products if provided (extra fee of $25 applies otherwise)
• Sweep or vacuum floor space
• Damp mop flooring
• Notify the client of any clogged drains (repairs not our responsibility)
• Conduct a final bathroom overview

• Manage dishwasher as necessary
• Store dishes as specified by the client
• Discard old food/drinks from refrigerator and freezer (fees may apply based on quantity)
• Address the interior of the refrigerator (freezer only if unplugged)
• Tend to oven and microwave interiors
• Refresh the exteriors of cabinets
• Polish faucets and fixtures
• Disinfect countertops
• Remove trash
• Renew kitchen towels
• Replenish soap and sponges upon client request
• Sweep or vacuum the area
• Mop floors
• Conduct a final kitchen overview  

• Change and replace sheets and linens
• Inspect closets
• Remove any trash from space and empty trash bins
• Sweep/vacuum space (including under the bed as much as we can reach)
• Wipe down blades of any fans that we can reach with our 3-step ladder
• Wipe down inside and outside windows that we can reach with our 3-step ladder
• Sweep or vacuum
• Damp mop floor
• Conduct a final bedroom overview

• Address any detergent spills around the washer
• Empty dryer lint tray
• Wipe down washer and dryer exteriors
• Sweep and mop floors
• Conduct a final utility room overview

• Clear porches of any debris
• Sanitize dining areas
• Shake out “Welcome” mat
• Renew patio furniture appearance
• Conclude with a overview of the space
